National Green Ribbon School

Shirlee Green Preschool is one of only a few Jewish schools across the country to be awarded a National Green Ribbon School award, and every year we work diligently to add more green initiatives to our habits and daily practice.  You can read all about it here!

From native Missouri plants throughout our outdoor

playscapes to reducing our production of waste by

composting scraps from our meals and recycling,

the SGP community has created an Earth- and

kid-healthy space for children to grow and learn. 

And each day, we help our young learners practice

lifelong green habits.
